He singles out 13 specific accomplishments of the Trump presidency as praiseworthy, although to say that some of the praise is of the "backhanded" variety is an understatement.
I'm just about certain that David Frum did not cast a vote for the Trump-Pence candidacy for President and Vice President in the 2020 national elections.
