'Papers please' is a conspiracy theory.
All of Europe forced people to provide papers to move about during wartime, but only Germany gets abused for it. America imprisoned people based on race and even conscripted them to serve during war.

So where I work now has an app. You have to download this app on your phone. When you are required to go into the building you have to open the app and verify that you are not sick. Now there are no checks, its just an app.
Once you go into the building then there is a Kiosk that will take your picture and check your temperature before you can enter the office spaces.
I assume knowing how my company works they will require something on record before they let you bypass these checks.
Who knows, this has been one crazy year. I don't even watch TV anymore because I just can't stomach it.
My twitter block list is 100 times longer than my following list, same thing with face book.
I don't know so its all just speculation on my part until someone in authority says its so.
The "news" is the worse, its not about the news its about generating revenue.

I guess you (and those like you that attempt to spread ms-information by leaving important bits out) missed these key parts:

A bunch of doctors with no vested interests--except themselves--and who may or may not have any particular credentials or track records in the fields of infective diseases, epidemiology, virus pathogens, immunology or vaccines.
But they're all doctors. (Presumably.)
On the other side, global megacorporations with substantial profit motives--and financial and legal vulnerabilities if their vaccine products do not perform well and in line with the results of their clinical research trials.
