What a joke.
It should have been all the Doctors, Nurses and First Responders who have been putting themselves on the frontlines during this Pandemic.

Time magazine has been a mess for a long time, and it's changed hands a few times over the past 20 years due to the fact that it's been largely unprofitable. It became profitable again in 2017 I believe, but only through massive restructuring so that they could get a buyer in 2018.
All the "experts" blames the declining print industry... but conservative print media is still wildly successful. Part of being a far-left leaning individual is the mindset that draws you to the party. Democrats (today's Democrats) believe that the Government is here to solve your problems, and they believe that the Government has both the superior intellect and means to help you make decisions for your life. This is generally in stark contrast to most Conservatives who at least on theory believe the Government should not be involved. Even when Democrats try to say... "look! Roads, streets, fire department.... abortion!" ... it is a completely unrealistic argument to this premise I've laid out.
With that mind-set, Democrats feel incredibly driven to empower Government to take control of people's lives. They are so impassioned in this that they purposely seek out positions such as teachers, reporters, and Government administrators... all areas that have immediate influence on society.
Never the less... when they take control of media... they usually run it into the ground. The only saving grace is that they often have billionaires who are willing to save them and keep them funded, even when unprofitable. Billionaires of course see socialism and this kind of mindset (heavy regulation) as a boon for them. It becomes a barrier to entry for other businesses that might be able to compete in their market space. When big businesses support regulation, what they're really saying is that they want Government to eliminate their competition for them.

Biden/Harris actually being chosen is completely ridiculous and sickening. I don't EVEN want to know how they justify them being chosen.

The same way anything gets put on the cover of a magazine, in the news, on the tv... its all done with the hope of generating money.
Media is only there to generate money, nothing else. Left or Right it doesn't matter, as soon as you threaten the money you are out.
Doctors and Nurses don't generate revenue. Politicians sure do, funny how that works.

They do not have to justify it. The aristocracy has now demonstrated that they hold all of the cards. The will of the people be damned.

Deep states only wants a President that has criminal exposure for them to hold as blackmail so he can be used as a proxy for their agenda.
An ideal candidate is one with no scruples to embarrass them like the Kennedy brothers did after the deep state cheated Nixon from being elected.
They couldn't control a popular Bernie with his principles, so they fixed the primaries against him in the last 2 election cycles.
Trump is an obstacle that Pee Pads and Knee Pads won't be.

In 2016 Newsweek magazine preemptively published their rag with a cover gleefully trumpeting "Madame President" with the Hildabeast's grinning mug emblazoned on it.
The magazines were quickly withdrawn when President Trump won and Newsweek attempted to collect up all the copies of that embarrassment that they could.
