Translation of the article is, that they're getting close to perfecting the presentation technology to the point of fooling most people that aliens are here.
We don't have aliens. We have time travel.

Pardon the "bump" but I want to duplicate just a part of the article, which is not all that long.

I am disinclined to believe any of it, especially in light of President Trump's clear reluctance to have the U.S. involved in multilateral agreements with other nations. Why would the President be enthusiastic in any way about a "galactic federation"..? He'd probably be "ragging" on the aliens about not paying their fair share in regards to the "cooperation agreements" and the "underground base" on Mars.[This message has been edited by rinselberg (edited 12-08-2020).]
