As a resident of CA-17, I'm gobsmacked. I had 'Ro' down for a 'hold out.' (Page 1/1)

"rinselberg's U.S. Congressional representative wants Pelosi to compromise on coronavirus relief package"
Nowan Yuneau for the Beltway Insider; November 14, 2020.

U.S. Congressman Ro Khanna, who represents California's 17th Congressional District, has stepped forward as the first among the Democrat's identifiably Progressive federal lawmakers to urge House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to close on a "deal" for coronavirus relief that would bring onboard Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin (and President Trump, by implication) and weigh in at something below the $2.2 trillion relief package that Pelosi has been holding out for.

Isn't that article a month old?

rinselberg NOV 15, 12:47 AM
They were just highlighting that article on MSNBC. With some on-air comments from Ro Khanna.

Maybe he's not any longer the sole member of the House Democrat's Progressive Caucus to be talking Compromise with a capital "C" on coronavirus relief.

The headline or article banner that I provided is obviously faux, and so also, the date that I provided, of November 14, 2020.

I wouldn't have thought that Ro Khanna would be more compromising on this than Nancy Pelosi.

Not that any of this is any kind of big deal for me.

I was just in the mood for some faux. As distinct from some pho, which I think might be available somewhere locally as takeout, even at this hour, but would have been more readily available in those long bygone pre-Covid days.

Pelosi will not relent until January 20th, then Katy, bar the door.

There will be either a cornucopia of new spending packages or a deluge of new accusations, revelations and investigations; depending on who occupies the white house.

Or both.
