Does anyone hear the "Dr. Black Super Foods" or the "DINOBITE" commercials on the radio and get bothered by them?
Dead serious, when these come on... I immediately shut off the radio. I immediately fly into a violent rage when I hear the lady spelling out DINO BITE

They may have a medication for that. 
Seriously, there are commercials that I get tired of hearing/seeing but, life is too short to worry about things you can't control.

Is that the dog food vitamin?
On Sirius/XM, the one I seriously hate and I change the channel once I hear it, is Kars4Kids ads. Those commercials are earboarding torture.

Never heard of them before tonight and had to google them.
Irritating to be sure but nothing rage-inspiring to me.
If its triggering that kind of reaction, look into your past somewhere for something VERY unpleasant and traumatic that the sound or atmosphere of the commercial would remind you of. Something that has simmered in the subconscious for a long time. Once you make the connection you will be able to at least mitigate the reaction. Given it's a 40's-style commercial probably something that happened in the 60s or 70s when those things were still fairly common to hear in re-runs.

There was a song that they used to play over and over, everywhere I went about 10 to 15 years ago. A straight 4/4 downbeat, two notes, the 5 and the 1; 5,5,3,1,1,1,5,5,3,1,1,1; over and over. The singer's name was Adelle but I don't know the name of the song. Every time I heard it, I wanted to take a hammer to the radio.

HAHAHAH!!! YES! The Kars for Kids one is another one.
Dude... when that lady comes on and says..
D I N O B I T E!!! DINOBITE!!! I want to shoot myself. I can't tell if it's a deep southern accent, or a New York / Queens accent... it's so God-damned annoying... I try desperately to change the station before it gets to the part where she says that.
The first part they start talking about their dog's coat and mange or some crap... and then I'm like... oh **** , here it comes... and I reach for the knob as quickly as I can...
