Kristallnacht (night of the broken glass) 1990, the IRS seizes Willie Nelson's assets. 1965, the lights went out in Massachusetts and almost everywhere else in the NE, making the BeeGees famous.. 1989, East Germany opened wide the gates of the Berlin Wall and one day later, The People began tearing the wall down. 1956, existentialism philosopher Jean-Paul Sartre, after being a well known communist for a dozen years, suddenly denounced the ideology but only after Stalin sent tanks into Budapest.
