I must be missing something here. That's a reference to a record album or album track? And the graphical layout of "B" and "H" at the top of that display is (reminiscent of) some album cover art?

The Supreme Court said Harris's mother is/was a Caucasian. The Supreme Court acknowledged in 1924ish that yes, Indians (dots) are Caucasian but still don't qualify for natural American citizenship because of obvious differences between them and the Free Whites who were allowed citizenship.
