It must be October since I am going door-to-door to see who is handing out cigars and cognac.

The story is really getting legs and sparking wildfires all along its path.

I wonder if any who have already voted are starting to regret their choice.

Nothing to see here

Funny the story about orange man disparaging vets didn't get the same treatment.

One of those stories is based solely on the word of an "anonymous source" while the other is backed up with pictures and video.

Some say that nobody is stupid enough to drop off a computer like that and forget to pick it up. Well, that same nobody was stupid enough to drop off a rental car in Prescott and leave behind a crack pipe with cocaine residue and his ID.

The irony of what those two asshats did is that it made the whole story at lot worse.

By pulling a Soviet style censoring stunt like this they have directly and intentionally interfered with the election and given an illegal in-kind donation to the Biden campaign.

Nothing would make me happier right now that to see those two in cuffs and perp walked off to face felony charges....

BUT THAT IS A DISTRACTION

The REAL issue here is the former Vice President and his son SELLING the power of U.S. foreign policy for their own personal financial gain.

Beyond that is the fact that the FBI, as if they didn't already have enough credibility issues, buried this issue after a copy of the laptop hard drive was turned over to them.

I was fortunate enough to be here on "Earth 2" about an hour ago, when the host of MSNBC's MTP or Meet The Press Daily, Chuck Todd, was discussion this story with Washington Post reporter Shane Harris and a former U.S. ambassador to Russia, Michael McFaul.

I would like to post that video, but it's not online.

"Feds examining whether alleged Hunter Biden emails are linked to a foreign intel operation"

quote
WASHINGTON — Federal investigators are examining whether the emails allegedly describing activities by Joe Biden and his son Hunter and found on a laptop at a Delaware repair shop are linked to a foreign intelligence operation, two people familiar with the matter told NBC News.

The FBI seized the laptop and a hard drive through a grand jury subpoena. The subpoena was later published by the New York Post. The bureau has declined to comment. . . .

"White House was warned Giuliani was target of Russian intelligence operation to feed misinformation to Trump"

quote
U.S. intelligence agencies warned the White House last year that President Trump’s personal lawyer Rudolph W. Giuliani was the target of an influence operation by Russian intelligence, according to four former officials familiar with the matter.

The warnings were based on multiple sources, including intercepted communications, that showed Giuliani was interacting with people tied to Russian intelligence during a December 2019 trip to Ukraine, where he was gathering information that he thought would expose corrupt acts by former vice president Joe Biden and his son Hunter.

The intelligence raised concerns that Giuliani was being used to feed Russian misinformation to the president, the former officials said, speaking on the condition of anonymity to discuss sensitive information and conversations.

quote
Officials’ warnings about Giuliani underscore the concern in the U.S. intelligence community that Russia not only is seeking to reprise the disinformation campaign it waged in 2016, but also may now be aided, unwittingly or otherwise, by individuals close to the president. Those warnings have gained fresh urgency in recent days. The information that Giuliani sought in Ukraine is similar to what is contained in emails and other correspondence published this week by the New York Post, which the paper said came from the laptop of Hunter Biden and were provided by Giuliani and Stephen K. Bannon, Trump’s former top political adviser at the White House.

The Washington Post was unable to verify the authenticity of the alleged communications, which concern Hunter Biden’s business dealings in Ukraine and China.
