When I think of CCC,I visualize something completely different.

My father worked in Civilian Conservation Corps camp.

He skinned logs near Ft Collins Colorado for $1/day or 12 cents/hr as a Civilian Conservation Corps member--part of The New Deal/WPA.
He was only allowed to keep $5/month--the rest went home to his family in Texas. (way before my time of course.)

He is top row on the far right. 1936.
