The fact of the matter is that a LOT of these "celebs" that love to preach to "the common people" are high school dropouts and come from seriously dysfunctional families and backgrounds.

They also have an inordinately large percentage, as a group, of drug and alcohol abusers, sexual deviants and people with serious mental illness.

True, but on the surface they are just people. They are no better than you and I, but society puts them up on a pedestal as if they have some type of extra gift of enlightenment over every aspect of the lives of "commoners". The masses worship celebrities, it is a "star struck" hypnosis. Just because they have achieved celebrity status and amassed millions,... they are granted leadership roles, for some stupid reason.
