They are setting him up for a plea deal so it doesn't become another circus in the media and the courts spending the next 3 years trying to get it off the docket.
I also hope that he gets what is coming to him, but I wish they could also hold the media that ran with the story accountable as well.

I saw that this morning too. Chicago police filed 16 felony charges, and several federal charges are coming, including a couple of mail felonies. I heard EACH charge is worth up to 3 years. I hope he gets 40+ years. I dont hear too much from liberals right now...I think their hiding in closets hoping the whole thing goes away. Time to get out that Mueller Report to take the attention off them. BS, BS, Divert...repeat.

Oh no, they won't hide or hesitate on reacting to this. They will spin it to say how the justice system is going hard and heavy (racist style) on a gay back man while white people never see such harsh treatment.

I would like the same type of anti-1st Amendment restrictions on the media as we have on the 2nd Amendment. In short I will never support ANY "gun laws" as long as the fake media is allowed to run wild and practically unregulated.

They put him back on the show. Black Privilege or LGBTQ Privilege? Or, did he recieve a bit of White Privilege?

So confused now. What is up, and where is down?

Awww, leave the poor guy alone. I mean, it's not like he worked for Trump or anything.

Pleading not guilty to all 16 counts against him.

After being contacted by a Chicago attorney who served as former first lady Michelle Obama’s chief of staff, the top prosecutor in Cook County asked the city’s top cop to turn over the Jussie Smollett probe to the FBI, according to reports.
Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx reached out to Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson after Tina Tchen, the former senior Obama official, emailed the prosecutor saying the “Empire” actor’s family had “concerns” about the probe

He has resumed filming the last two episodes of the Fox drama, they haven't fired him as of yet but they don't have to use the film if he is convicted.
The drama Empire has not as of yet been selected for another season.

The way Ive heard it is they left him in the last 2 episodes to figure out a way of having him disappear, but he is fired. Wont matter much either way though...hard to film a series from inside a jail cell.

Bill, we don't usually come out as the "grammar police" but this time I think you need to replace your period with a question mark.

I will answer your question. I care ! Deeply.

This jackwagon, who is a queer, and a dumbocrat, also a member of the liberal HollyWeird world of Kalifornia, is perpetuating a litany of series of false attacks. He was not attacked, yet his false claim attacked the US President and the President's supporters.

ok thank you cliffw.
I did not know the grammer police were here. I had better not post anymore because my grammer sucks.
I was just tired of hearing about the person.
