That seems quite reasonable.

Electrical rates are rather low here as electricity is generated by large hydro-electric dams. How is electricity generated in Florida?

the crocks are big down by the plant

we have in addition to the gaiters we have the only USA salt water crock's
but the gaiters stay in the fresh waters fred is back at black point [a huge crock] by the boat ramp

I used to catch some nice big red fish at a coal powered plant's cooling lake in West Texas until the plant went down one winter and they all died from the cold water.
They never re-stocked it and the plant closed for good about 5 years ago
