Here's the thing, Todd... those vaccines don't do much good unless they're injected into people's arms. Just read the posts in this forum. The too-cool-for-school crowd think they're better off not being vaccinated.

YUP !!!
1st off, it's not a "vaccine" it is an experimental gene therapy.
2nd, If it works and you are vaxxed, you got nothing to worry about. If it doesnt, you are screwed anyway. Either way, MY medical is NONE of anybody's business but mine.
3rd, all of the available information shows the risk from the so-called "vax" s one hell of a lot higher and more severe than the risk from an over-hyped flu bug. All of which does make us better off unvaxxed.

I think I explained here, or maybe it was another thread? I'm not a big fan of being told what to do by the Government. I won't rehash what I said, but bottom line is there are a lot of people here who argue that mandatory vaccination is horrible, and complain about the vaccines... but they themselves are vaccinated. I'm among those, got my Pfizer in March and April (or maybe it was Feb and March) of 2021. I could check, but in Florida we don't have vaccine passports, so I'll leave it at that.
I ended up getting COVID again, but my point here isn't to complain about the efficacy of it (love that word, never used it before this whole thing)... but on the numbers.
The United States was well on it's way to mass vaccination, until it was made mandatory. Once the Government made it mandatory, there were a group of people who didn't want to lose their jobs, so they got it, but the rest are now forever in defiance. At this point, there is no way the United States Government will "legally" convince those people to get vaccinated because of the nature in which the Government decided to handle it. We can talk at length about coercion or whatever... but I think we see now that the direction we took was a bad one. The Supreme Court will make a decision in January, and it's going to likely solidify for future generations in the US that the Government cannot impose vaccines ever again.
For me at least, this is my culture as an American. You (proverbially) push, we push back. It will take many more generations of subservience before this is completely wiped out of our culture. But for now... it seems to be waking up again.
Anyway... about 66-70% of the United States has at least one vaccination depending on where and how recent the information is. But the CDC now considers a booster to be considered "fully vaccinated" ... which is not really what the rest of the world is basing their stats on (at least 1 shot)... so the numbers are all over the place for "fully vaccinated."
