I like 1080P gaming, WUXGA really. I do NOT like computer games on a TV. I don't know what it is, but it doesn't play like consoles. I don't game anymore, but I have been running the same resolution since my Sager/Clevo days.

I want to play WoW classic so bad, but I think that part of my life is just over. A buddy and I rolled new toons at launch a few years back. I ran to 60 and he just never finished. Even when I'd keep a guy at his level or power run him.

I wanted to try Quest 2, but just refused to pull the trigger. I don't need FB integration and don't have a rig to power Steam VR. Now they raised the price. Hard pass.


I think I read after your last post the 3060 isn't much over a 2080TI, but the 3070 and 3080 were really great.



Well that's what retail was supposed to be around when there where no shortages..

The only game i really play these days is Warframe. You might like that.. It's a looter shooter, and a really fun one. I think of it as kinda what if you played Diablo in 3rd person, and had guns and swords. It's one of those crazy super fast paced, fighting hordes of monsters type thing. And you find and use different sets of armor that give you different skills and abilities, ect..

I've played these types of dungeon crawler RPG games before. I'll look at it. For sure will be when it gets colder though. I was playing LoL for a while. It looks GREAT on my phone, but I just cant stomach the onscreen controls. I bought the MOBI for my phone, but it barely fit and just wasn't worth the cost. It was much easier to keep track than on a PC, but I like it on PC a lot. DOTA 2 is my buddies jam. I will never commit the time to be his level on either and it loses a bit of its' appeal.

I played PoE for a bit and had some fun.

Paragon was really fun. Reminded me of Tribes meets LoL.

Oh yeah! Glad you have a hobby you can enjoy.

I got a free 1TB SSD. It isn't M2. It is SATA 6GB though. In case you wondered.
