No. RandomTask was not "lecturing" Hudini.
That is a gross misuse of the word "lecture." And underneath that, an ugly (and totally ridiculous) animosity . . . but I choose not to even finish this sentence--it just isn't worth it.
My utilization of Active Measures helps me not see messages from the "randye" user account unless I decide, very selectively, to have a "peek"--as I have in this case.
 Clint Watts.
Technically, it would be more accurate to say that I utilize Active Countermeasures.

Isn't it unrealistic to describe China as capitalist? Seriously, it's unrealistic. China isnt all one thing or the other. Neither is the USA. When the gov declares a state of emergency, forces smaller businesses to shut down while allowing larger ones to hammer down on sales while still dictating what products can and can't be sold in person, we do not practice capitalism. Is that Mercantilism?

RAYB! Been a long time! Haven't seen you on here in a while! I'm back in Florida now... not Miami, but Tampa. I don't see Neptune posting here, I think he was in Orlando, Randye is in Tampa... and there's a few others of us.
Just shows how long we've all been here. Your avatar refers to the Tea Party, and I don't think the vast majority of people today even remember what that was. That was like ~11-12 years ago, haha.
What have you been up to?

If his posts on page 1 of this thread are any indication, he's been busy "socializing"...

prager U / Dennis Prager often teaches hope. Those "actual university's" do teach plenty of propaganda, hate, and divisiveness. Nothing wrong with more opinions, the facts will play out in time.

The Chinese government is heavily invested in certain companies. That does not mean they run the companies. They do not “own” the companies as your words suggest total control. It’s more like the gov has a vested interest in success, but not a leadership role in direction. However there is no doubt what would happen to the company leaders should it fail.
It’s cutthroat capitalism here. Just look up what happened to the CEO of Hainan Group.

It’s not unrealistic if you understand the difference between social programs and socialism. People like rayb and Threedog confuse the two and then talk down to “nut-cons” because we question their premise. The Chinese economy is capitalist. They have socialized medicine like Europe. They have social security like us. It’s paid for by taxes. They do not own the means of production like they did before 1978. They are heavily invested in certain industries like we did when bailing out GM and Chysler. Just beware of the anti-nut-cons known as libtards.
