Any Scientologists here? (Page 4/4)

Your fill-in of the unknown parts and take on it is helpful. Pretty obvious he was obfuscating. What city was that? At the same time the justice system is a hoax, so that can be preyed on by them.

What he did took big ones to walk out their with all the violent mental patients in America now. One short tussle/hand injury could end his career. Didn't realize they can sustain a belief in God. I guess they can still attend churches, maintaining religious affiliation?

I cracked up when he said his name. Sounded like a made up name a Mooney would use.

I really don't know what to continue with....

Ask me questions and I'll answer the best I can.

It took me many years to know what I do about this cult and the crazy experiences I've had with it so I could talk for weeks and probably never tell it all.

As an example, one of my very good friends who taught me more about $cientology than anyone else was a man that was once engaged to be married to L. Ron Hubbard's daughter, Suzette, until L.Ron threatened his life.

He also knew the present leader of $cientology, David Miscavige when he was a snotty, arrogant, little kid. Many years later, Suzette Hubbard was forced to be a domestic servant in that same arrogant kid's mansion after he took over leadership of the cult when L.Ron died.

I have also spent several hours and partied with L. Ron Hubbard's great grandson, Jamie, when he visited Clearwater, Florida many years ago.
That evening Jamie performed this piece for the very first time and beforehand he told me, "I'm a really scared that $cientology is definitely going to try to kill me after tonight."

Lots of wild experiences....

I haven't read all of the above, but I'm sure it's all very interesting, but just wanted to interject a little tidbit of useless information about the group in question.

I lived in Miami during the early 70's and happened to be hitchhiking into Miami from Cutler Ridge one day. My MG was in the shop but I needed to get into Miami that day.

I happened upon the Scientology "Headquarters"...or at least that's what it said on the sign out front. I had been curious about it, and had seen ads for L.R.H. books around different places....so I stopped in.

As I recall, the folks there were very pleasant and welcoming. They had me fill out some sort of questionnaire, which I couldn't tell you what was on it now, to save my life. Just a bunch of B.S. questions..at least that's what I remember thinking at the time. (Got to consider this WAS nearly 50 years ago!LOL) So I filled out the forms, and talked to them a little more and left. Didn't buy anything, didn't sign up for anything, never went back.

Here's the "kicker"...I haven't lived in Miami since 1976. I've moved a number of times since then and am now and have been since 76' back in OH, where I've also moved a number of times. So?....you say....point is.....I have gotten propaganda, invites...brochures from them at every address I've had since I stopped in there one day out of curiosity. I've never bought anything, I never responded to any of the mailings...but STILL they persist! I will still get mailings from them here where I've lived since 1981! You'd think they'd get the message from lack of response, I'm just not interested. So it begs the question, how desperate are they for new recruits, or exactly what was it that make them track me down to send new invites? I can't figure it.

Ok, that's all I have to say about that.

HAGO!

The old joke is "$cientology junk mail is like herpes. Once you get it you have it for life".

Your experience is quite common though and, like everything $cientology does, it stems from a L. Ron Hubbard policy / teaching.

L. Ron wrote a bunch of utter nonsense about how to run a business which is called "Hubbard Management Technology"

Basically it is management by statistics and each "division" has specific output or statistical goals / quotas that it must meet or exceed EVERY DAY to remain "upstat" (cult speak for meeting goals). Obviously it often isn't possible to meet those arbitrary statistical goals every day.

All of the cult literature and mailings are handled by $cientology's paramilitary group called "The Sea Organization", (Hubbard's fake Navy)

When the Sea Org, group, known as Division 2, Department 4, or the "Dissemination Division", that is responsible for sending out all that trash mail fails to meets it's "stat" they are deemed to be "down stat" and are assigned "conditions", (cult speak for punishment).

To avoid that they have to use every trick they can think of to keep their "stats" up so they go to incredible lengths to get new people to send spam to and find new addresses for everyone that has EVER registered with them and made the mistake of giving them and address ...or worse yet a phone number.

I know of cases of people long dead who's families are still receiving $cientology mailings for them.

The bad news for you is that it is nearly impossible to ever get off a $cientology mailing list once you're on it.

I said "nearly" because there is one sure fire way but it involves you becoming an "SP", (enemy of the cult) like me.

That is another LIE that $cientology constantly tells the public.

Here is what $cientology officially told the IRS when they were fighting them for tax exempt status:

"Although there is no policy or Scriptural mandate expressly requiring Scientologists to renounce other religious beliefs or membership in other churches, as a practical matter Scientologists are expected to and do become fully devoted to Scientology to the exclusion of other faiths.

As Scientologists, they are required to look only to Scientology Scriptures for the answers to the fundamental questions of their existence and to seek enlightenment only from Scientology. Thus, a Scientologist who grew up in the Jewish faith who continues formal membership in his synagogue and attends services with his family violates no Scientology policy or tenet. On the other hand, such a person is not permitted to mix the practice of his former faith into his practice and understanding of Scientology so as to alter orthodox Scientology in any way."

There are also Hubbard policy letters where he specifically says that "mixing practices" is forbidden.

Billy Sheehan is a high level, "OT", $cientologist so he knows, (and strictly follows) that policy.

Literally everything he said in that video, except his name, was a complete lie.
