Painting that old clay flower pot was a real pita since I'm not allowed to lift anything or bend over much but it came out ok.

Pumpkin carving tips ?
It's been 20+ years since I last carved a pumpkin. Due to locations and trick treating foot traffic. Also aged children.
I remember doing the usual cutouts for eyes/nose/mouth, after I chose a facial design. I then carved from the inside out to next to the rind, for scars, tears, eyebrows, what not.
I have looked on the web and did see that pumpkin carving can be an art / sculpture. I wanted to hear from y'all.
I remember when fierpgirl'smom was asking for help with Christmas light for a yard bush. They were tangled. ryan hess said "just throw the whole lot and kabudle on the bush and plug them in". Click to show

I guess I'll find out about those bush Christmas lights late next month.Jane bought enough at the end of 2022 to cover all the hedges in the front yard...
