Update - It appears that the reporter (Peter Doocy) doesn't much care.

Oh, it's true. Saw the video last night on NBC hosted by our liberal friend Lester. This is in clear contrast to the President's normal bumbling when he's off the teleprompter.

Edited: Well, saw a report this morning featuring Peter Doocy and he said that within an hour or so that the President called his cell and said it wasn't anything personal. I didn't hear that the President apologized. But, calling someone's mom a ***** is pretty personal IMO.

I know the event is true. But it seems that Mr. Doocy was questioning why whether he was an SOB or not hasn't been fact checked.
Good attitude.

Yeah, but Biden was caught here on a "hot mic." With Trump, the offensive and disrespectful (and sometimes incredibly stupid) words were just part of his prepared remarks, or his spontaneous remarks in front of microphones and cameras that he knew were "live"--not "hot mic" moments like this one that Biden just had.

Sometimes knowing who someone is, is better than not knowing who someone who pretends all the time, is.

*edit to add, Willie actually said it 1st.

That is one of my favorite benefits of "freedom of speech". It gives everyone enough rope to hang himself. We see that here, from time to time.

Probly wasnt personal the way he talked to these folks he is a representative for either.
I dont think "its nothing personal" is a valid excuse, it doesnt make anything more ethical, might even be less ethical.

Yes I do think "its nothing personal" could be less ethical.
