Refusal by elected officials (no matter what their stripe) to vote on an issue seems... improper to say the least.

I find it hilarious that they are so scared of the man and think that the 80 million supporters will go away.

The government is supposed to fear the governed. The Capitol high jinks was just a gentle reminder.

Refusal to vote for is completely different from refusal to vote on.

The Dems are doing this because of Trump supporters, not really Trump. They're doing it to Donald so that his supporters have to watch them get the last laugh. Because of the Capitol shutdown.

I agree. We have many, too many flaws in our system. Worse is that sometimes, umm, most times, they only vote when they get all the pet funding projects into a Bill's issue. Our latest Covid relief Bill is a joke with only a minuscule amount of money going for Covid relief.

138 Republicans voted to object the election results due to disproven conspiracy theories, so I thought getting 10 was good enough for the bipartisan qualifier.

Since you wish to pursue this... which Democrats refused to vote for it?
