U.S. Department of Justice "Six Months Since the January 6th Attack on the Capitol"

I look especially for "conspiracy" because that tells the story of how people worked together in advance to plan the Breach of the Capitol Building and coordinate the assault teams or "stacks" (tactical jargon) that went into action on January 6 to overcome the police and break into the Capitol Building by breaking open windows and smashing through doors.

All for the express purpose of obstructing Congress from certifying the election results.

You pivoted to "conspiracy" only after you had been hammered into finally, grudgingly, admitting that there was NO INSURRECTION so you started mindlessly hooting about a few individuals being charged with and/or pleading guilty to "conspiracy" as though that somehow, weirdly, "makes your case"...whatever the hell your "case" is....

Most tellingly, and typical for an incurious purveyor of perjury, the consideration of WHY a few people might willingly enter a guilty plea to that charge never originated from you.

Moreover, asking WHY the Biden DOJ couldn't, or wouldn't, charge anyone with "insurrection" but instead chose to charge people with the inchoate crime of "criminal conspiracy" has similarly never originated from you.

As of today, still NOT ONE PERSON has been charged with Insurrection or sedition or even homicide as a result of the events of January 6, 2021

As of today, NOBODY has been charged with Advocating overthrow of Government (18 U.S. Code § 2385) as a result of the events of January 6, 2021
