I had no idea she was married to the person who used to do Alpha Beta commercials in the 70's.
Anyway, this was the best 15 minutes I've spent in a while. The most classy interview I've ever seen.

Thank you for posting that. When I saw it was an ET video I was apprehensive that it was going to be about the Suzanne Somers, the celebrity but upon watching it, I was glad to see they were honoring Suzanne, the wife and mother.

I remember Alan Hamel from Razzle Dazzle, a children's show on Canadian television back in '61-'66. He's aged!

She was big in holistic/alternative medicine and a bit like Steven Jobs before her, skipped traditional cancer treatment for a long time; she in favor of Iscador, an extract of mistletoe. She had/has her own line of alternative stuff for awhile. The son of a friend of mine on a Marine forum is a big proponent of what she did, knew her well and he carries some of the products she vocally suported. (he is a doctor according to his Marine father) .
To each his own I suppose. Most of that kind of stuff is just 130 yr old snake oil/hope in a jar when convention treatment does much better.
