I saw a recipe on Facebook for Halloween party sandwiches that was so complex it would have taken all day to make a batch and they still looked stupid.

I got banned for posting "Anyone who takes the time to make a tray of these should be shot."

My particular ban was from a Trailer Park Boys group. How anything is inappropriate was beyond me.


I think I remember back from the days of Craigslist and maybe MySpace (not that their similar) if you get bummed or flagged too many times your account becomes "malleable" though I think they used a different word. I bet FB has similar and the more bans the less scrutiny your appeal gets you. I know people who have had dozens of perma-bans on various emails and names.

I find this and all social media a huge time sink. Not to say that's q problem, but I'm enjoying my hiatus with the exception of Marketplace. Those people are a lot of work too. Myself included. If I can make something cheaper or less inconvenient to buy I will. My time is expensive, if only to me. I used to spend a lot more time on PFF. Some very enjoyable and plenty that was an absolute waste. I'm not mad at PFF or other people for my bad tone. It was my poor time management skills. I like the people here even though I likely won't buy another Fiero in the next decades.
