Early twenties as I remember, didn't ask whether or not she could cook, she was more interested in something else it seemed. If she contacts me again, I'll be happy to give her your number if you wish and you can ask her all the pertinent questions.

When I turned on the PC this morning, waiting for me was a FB friend request from some woman whom I don't know at all. No, it wasn't some sweet young thing looking for an older guy to treat her well... it was some old battle-axe whom might've gone to the same high school as me a hundred years ago. The only reason I can make the possible high school connection is that the one FB friend we have in common is the person who created and administers the FB page for my high school.

And I don't care if she can cook biscuits.

I dont accept them at ALL unless I know you pretty well in person, AND we share the same sense of humor.

1/2 the stuff on there would not only get me cancelled, I'd be tarred, feathered and run off of the planet by the woke lefties. Offended ? I'd put them in a shock-coma for months !

On a related note, I get a lot of blind messages on WhatsAp from (proported to be) Asian women. After answering the first one, who looked like someone I met at a conference, I delete these and block the sender. Yesterday I got one that I wanted to answer:

Sender - Excuse me, are you Michael from US? Are you still a golf trainer?

Me (what I wanted to send) - Yes! Do you need a lesson?

I was thinking I could have some fun reacting to their texts but then thought better of it. Why piss off a Chinese scammer who might send my phone number to countless felons??
