I don't get it either but there it is, like NFTs its only worth what someone will pay because there is no base value.
Back in the day I had a small crush on Denise Richards but then I heard her actually speak  I wont go out of my way looking and I damn sure wouldn't pay.
I just don't see the attraction.

Yeah, I'm not one to judge... I won't pretend like I've never looked at **** before... every single damned one of us have. I'm just saying, I don't get how someone would spend that kind of money to look at the website of a single person. Either you have so much money that you don't know what to do with it, or you're totally obsessed with that individual, which in itself is unhealthy.

The justification I've seen people use. is that its personalized. You can request specific actions, or have them say your name, stuff like that. Would i pay for that? hell no, but for those with the money to pay for it, i guess i could sort of understand?

I like for a woman to stay in shape, and take care of themselves aesthetically... but I'm not a fan of face lifts or anything like that. It just makes people look weirder and weirder.

A single minimal procedure might be fine, but it seems that so many people (who have the funds to do so) don't know when to stop. In that first image that Jake linked to, I see the manifestation of duck lips. After a few more repeat procedures, she'll even more closely resemble Donald... and I don't mean Trump, although that's a scary possibility as well.
