My wife has wanted a pool for decades. I've been firmly against it. Finally told her that if she wanted one to get some quotes. The first quote came back just over $60K. She hasn't mentioned it lately. No, it wasn't anything "special".------------------ Rams
Isn't it strange that after a bombing, everyone blames the bomber, his upbringing, his environment, his culture, his mental state but … after a shooting, the problem is the gun.........

This is the one we use. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07Q8YBD2G/
Our pool is similar to yours. This robot has enough suction to climb the walls, all the way up to the pool deck, so the slopes won't be an issue. For some reason, it misses a couple of (always the same) random places in our pool, and leaves small piles of leaves, but it is not an issue. I just hit those places with the squeegee/brush, and scatter the stuff. Then I run the robot for another cycle. It cleans all the grunge off the sides. Since we opened the pool in March, I may have brushed the walls maybe twice. Our pool is ~30 feet long, and it handles it nicely. I should add that ours has a thick vinyl lining, all the way up to the rails. I'm not sure if yours is gunite or vinyl, but I don't see it making a difference.[This message has been edited by Raydar (edited 06-13-2022).]

I have 0 knowledge. I saw you mention the 120v corded.
Isn't that how a sump pump works too? I've used a full submergible ones and it was always such a freaking emergency getting it going, why doesn't the water cause electrical problems?
I sent you an unrelated PM yesterday.

Wife's area of responsibility. She went and looked at a couple at a pool supply/service company but left when they couldn't tell her much about them.
