qualified immunity is the magic word meaning
they just did somebody wrong
else why do they need qualified immunity
if they follow the law no problem
screw up no problem they are imune
qualified immunity is something no law enforcement person should ever have or need
and why do we want them to be immunity from their acts ?
it mean if the cops do not follow the law you have no recourse if they ''CLAIM'' NOT TO KNOW
you as the private person have no such rights
gee I did not know that law is no defense [ UNLESS YOU ARE A COP ]
AND IT IS BASED NO LAW ONLY A COURT RULING
