they belong to the world citizens for less idiots in government so what if they kill a few a bit before they really need killing the subs have no real mass destruction ability just small limited BOOMS
and are as likely to hit a post coup trump as a putin or the new pol pot or idiot iran guy with a nuke I would nominate the ruling military in what was burma AS A GOOD TARGET |

I can't disagree with that one bit.

BTW the existing boomers have tridents that are MIRVed multi-reentry vehicles so lose the nukes and get even more shots/drones from one missile
and boomers are pretty much unhittable in deep ocean
maybe first world powers could get a lucky hit on one sub that is why we need a 1/2 dozen to replace rotate and insure even if we miss a few times the ability to strike exists far greater then idiot can defend

The suggestions put forth by the original poster should concern every law abiding citizen of every country on this planet.
The concept flies in the face of established international law, as well as national, state and local laws.
Is this the future any intelligent person wants for their decendants?

the subs are run by volunteers on a short term it is not a long term power base
the idea is to not kill bad leaders but only those who are a threat to others like hitler or pol pot
current military leadership in what was called burma are running amuck
rocket man
china
the idea is kill a nut before they can start a war one dead nut instead of thousands to multi-millions |

There were a few times in my life where I had dreams that I'd magically find myself next to a horrible dictator, and had a gun. No one around to stop me, and I could stop Hitler, Putin, or someone else. It's a dream of course... but I eventually made a decision. The only thing stopping me was the repercussions that it would have for my country (the USA). So in every instance where I decided I would act... I made sure it was clear in the dream that I was not sanctioned by the Government, and was just some dude.
But this is real life... and these actions do have consequences.
You saw the reaction that we got when Trump assassinated Soleimani. The world went nuts... and... so did the left. They said it was unimaginable that he could do such a thing, and many people on the left immediately chose to side with Iran. There were a lot of tweets that I saw that said "America stands with you Iran, against Trump," and other crazy things.
Setting all of that aside... the reality is that we really just can't go around assassinating world leaders. I strongly believe that the United States CAN serve as a noble watch-dog for the world, but doing that certainly does not build rapport on the world stage, and it certainly isn't leading by example. In the case of Soleimani, we know that he was the architect that is predominantly behind the funding and direction that was given to the Taliban in all of the attacks against our US and coalition forces. So there was quite a bit of justification there... but I will admit that it did potentially walk a fine line, if not cross it.
We have to be careful, and honestly... I'm not really proud of what we did in Iraq at this point either. The first Gulf War... sure... I didn't know that we were such awesome friends with Kuwait, but never the less, we stopped them from being invaded. Did we need to invade Iraq? I don't really think so. We DO know for a fact that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction, and that Saddam used great stagery to send most of that to Syria, including dumping a lot of the chemical weapons in the water. But still... why did we even go in there?
I'm on your side here with Bush... or as you used to say, "daddy Bush." I really dislike Bush Sr. No offense and may he rest in peace, but he was an ******* . Reagan only picked him as VP because he needed to gain some compliance with the establishment side of the Republican party... but I don't like him.
I liked George W. Bush in his first term, but again... if I could go back 20 years... I'd have a different opinion now about the invasion of Iraq. Bush was horrible in his second term.
Fun fact... as a kid in private school, I used to hang out every weekend with Henry that is now married to Jenna Bush.
Also... I liked Jeb Bush. He really turned Florida around from... who was it, McBride? Florida was a disaster when I moved there in 1996. But Jeb Bush really let the power get to him, and after he left office, he really started using his power of persuasion as former Governor to further a lot of business deals... on his behalf, and I don't like that.

I know this is just a "pipe dream", but it would be practically impossible to implement. A modern submarine costs $2-3 Billion dollars. No one would be willing to host the shipyard. Who would be willing and able to provide the technology necessary to avoid detection, once underway? Even if they were able to build and launch such a fish, it would disappear almost immediately, never to be heard from again, and everyone would just turn their backs and whistle.

There's no hope for America given the ignorance level of even the 'educated Americans'.
You do nothing about the invasion of your country, theft of your wealth and future of your families. Americans just parrot the media. Even you reading.

There won't be anyone left around to worry about adding it up. They'll be too busy trying to keep their hair in and their blood inside.
