I was kind of thinking Iceberg lettuce. It has no nutritional value but it keeps the salad bowl from looking completely empty. People put it on burgers because, well, that’s what people have always done. To tell the truth, it is the most useless item in the entire American diet.



There are some, though, who just eat it up.
