Interesting. I used Google Maps earlier this afternoon to plot a route to some place out in the sticks. As a matter of fact, the page is still open on my PC. I see no "little Leaf" and/or options for "most efficient route" and/or "Shortest route". Is this just a phone thing, and not evident on a PC? Or or is this perhaps a regional thing?[This message has been edited by Patrick (edited 02-05-2022).]

Anybody resisting the media and gov narratives is by default a terrorist, racist, anti-semite, misogynist.

Crikey, Waze is doomed. Here is a very, very enlightening article about Big Tech (Google) culture and the Waze CEO who wished he hadn't sold out. Ah, the ever-dependable drawing power of filthy lucre ...

I don't use Google maps. I try to avoid anything like Mapquest junk.
Workers getting paid while out in the field by the hour probably welcome the extended windshield time, instead of being in the office pretending to be productive.
My last job there was a busy-body woman who would spend time walking all around the floor depts on Friday to see who was doing what so she could gossip about it. Nothing different about her than the guy watching videos on his phone at his desk.[This message has been edited by sourmash (edited 02-06-2022).]
