Yes, very possibly an auction number. I had a pair of the pictures, very similar in content, same 3 characters, same size, same frame but the other one, I gave to one of my kids about 10 yrs ago.
Can't remember where I got them from tho. Been too long ago.

Knowing them, it went to a pawnshop not long after they got back home with it, or into the nearest dumpster.
Love my kids, but they aren't much on keeping things for long.
