It's a really great and clean machine when it's done well. You'll want to make sure you run Disk Cleanup, and limit the number of "backups" it can make of itself. It's going to be constantly trying to update.

I have an old Toshiba Win8 tablet with a tiny eMMC drive like that upgraded to Win10.
Run this command as an administrator if you want to save some disk space:
Compact /CompactOS: Always
It will take a while to run, but it compresses all the OS files to save space.
This command will also get rid of archived Windows updates that have been replaced by subsequent versions:
Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase
That will most likely take a long time to run as well.

Has a SSD? Disable Hybernation see https://docs.microsoft.com/...e-enable-hibernation
Saves allot of "disk space" and prevents adding more problems that slow down the SSD.
Other items search SSD here Maybe SSD Trim to reduce hits.
A bit late but.... ⚠️ Warning: Always Wipe Used HD/SSD before doing anything else.
Reinstalling OS or Formatting them won't wipe all data.
Most wipe Tools work on normal hard drives. Very Few tools still won't properly wipe SSD or any other Flash media. Many SSD tools from SSD makers have "wipe" command that activate "Secure Erase" built into an SSD. That is only "true" SSD wiping.
For Now... SSD, Make sure Trim is Active... https://www.howto-connect.c...-for-ssd-windows-10/ for Smaller SDD, you will use up "Free Space" likely soon and make the OS to Trim the drive or drive itself will Reset Flash cell before writing. That should "wipe" most of old "deleted" files. Big SSD see https://www.tenforums.com/t...es-windows-10-a.html to force a Trim.
Wiping old data is more important then most think. If cops, Customs, etc searches your drives for any reason and find Anything, you or family can be "on the hook" for old "deleted" files on the disk even when there before you got the device.------------------ Dr. Ian Malcolm: Yeah, but your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn't stop to think if they should. I just bought a barely used (current model gaming PC) off eBay. Still had all the plastic wrap attached to the shiny external surfaces. Brand new factory install OS on the SSD C: drive.
D: drive was untouched. It had tons of steam games, and a couple gigs worth of **** on it. I looked, nothing scary... but I'm glad I actually looked around on the computer. I only hooked it up because I wanted to install all the software I know she'd want and set up her account so she could immediately start using it (not that she couldn't do it herself).
She obviously knows how babies are made, but that folder labeled "sex" is the last thing I would want her to discover on a new computer I just bought her... lol!!!
