I have always appreciated the Australian automotive market, as a mechanical demonstration of Darwin's theory of evolution.
Everything on a large island isolated by large ocean expanses, just looks so different compared to North America or Europe.
Your Fairlane would look totally wicked, with triple black paint, and some chrome wheels. Give it a sinister appearance.------------------

900 new cases a day in Sydney. But apparently my city is part of greater Sydney now even though we are 90 kms away. We have 8 active cases in my city and have been locked up for 2 months.
The Fairlane is your typical Aussie Luxury car of the day. Unibody, unlike the Crown Vic. Rides really nice and has a VCT 4.0 litre inline 6. Only 168 KW but the 5.0 litre V8 in the same model was only 185. It is a perfect candidate for a Barra swap [This message has been edited by AusFiero (edited 08-25-2021).]

Thanks for the welcome back everyone else. I still have a soft spot for these little Fiero beasts. But due to a bad back injury I cant get in and out of them very easily anymore. So now I have the Fairlane, an XC90 Volvo SUV, a 5.0 litre Holden Commodore VS Ute and a 1929 Ford Roadster Pickup hotrod project instead.
