Likely not a fox. They tend to carry the whole thing off somewhere and eat it. Possums, dogs and skunks make a terrible mess, and owls usually eat only the head and leave the rest unless they have young in a nest. All canines are known for killing just for the fun of it, and yes, your little Fluffy will join probably right in if other nearby dogs are doing it.

Most likely a feline of some kind, and they will leave a 'calling card' with feral cats and bobcats able to wreak a lot of havoc but domestic cats would have a tough time with a hawk.
Domestic cats very often leave parts or whole carcasses on your porch or doorstep, as it is said that this is their way of trying to teach you the human, how to hunt. I have found young rabbits, field rats, baby squirrels, various birds, serpents, lizards, frogs and toads on my porch many mornings, all left by the big Calico we have here.

Just wings of a hawk, I would suspect a domestic cat, bringing home what remained of a carcass found by the cat but killed by something else.

We have a few stray or outdoor cats around here, largest I've seen is a manccon. I have not seen big cats or fox.

I initially thought it was an owl, tge wings, but have no real world knowledge.

All my kitties have brought whole animals to the door in the past. My current one stays inside. He seemed scared that morning assuming he didn't want any part of that battle,.

He's kind of a pussy anyway. Loves to attack ladies and totally gay for me and won't allow male friends over. I've only had a few cats, but times get lean he's getting eaten.

After some intensive research on Google and Wikipedia I have determined that it was either racism or global warming.

One wing gone ? Ive seen them dive for prey and hit a hydro wire on the way down. Doesn't usually end well. Red Tails are common as hell around here/

Both wings were on my back stoop. Not a super photo. I wouldn't let anyone touch it with hands a d I didn't have any cameras when I tossed. Don't need more predators at my door.

I mean I super love hunting, fishing, and trapping. Don't need them here. Also anyone wanna help to teach me to trap? My skills are limited. It'd also line to track and forage. I'm always used to having the mechanical advantage.
