That's who I thought it is. My sister said Joan Jett is a lesbian and knew this because one of her friends dated her. It was a stormy relationship.

I wouldn't dispute she has been hetero at times, though. I don't know.

No not directly. My ex was in a band, I carried equipment and sang sometimes.
Also had the unsavory task of firing band members. 2 drummers and a guitar player.

It was fun most of the time, but as anything it got old.
I still sing sometimes, but not in a long while.
Play guitar but I never put the time into it to get good.

She has had several relationships on both sides of the sheets.
Bucket list if I ever hit the lottery is to have a party and invite Joan just to hang out.
If she wanted to sing then that would just be a bonus.

WILLIAM OTIS SCREWS
Bill to his friends.

He didn't use his last name and was always known as Bill Otis. He was a local drummer and sometimes played in my ex's band.
Bill was a lot of fun to be around, had lots of stories. Couple of his favorites.

When there is a wardrobe malfunction its common for the person to quickly turn around so the audience doesn't see anything. Bill said that is one of the best things about being a drummer. He went on to say that the down side to being behind everyone is you have to endure every fart.
When asked about why he didn't use his full name he explained that he made that change during his time in the army.
When the sergeant would call role and say Bills name then the next guy it always made everyone loose it. So they put him at the end of the line so Bill had no one to Screw. LOL
He had two beautiful girls and one not so much. I had a crush on one of them but she was Screwing someone else. (it never gets old)

Warning click this and its on you, I was not happy how things ended with Bill. He will always be my friend and he is missed.

Sort if why I havent really begun guitar. Don't think I've got the time to put in to make myself good enough for myself, let alone others. I have enough hobby going on for now.

I was fascinated with the guitar from a very young age. But just never put in the time.
After moving to Florida and getting hitched to a base guitarist I had the chance to scratch that itch.
I was eye candy at the time and had a decent singing voice so my ex took advantage of that.
I learned all of the basics, the hardware and how it all works. You know the mechanics will understand.
Practiced and learned the chords, scales and some songs. But I just never had the time.
I stood in a couple of times, held my guitar and tried to keep up with the chord changes.
That was both exhilarating and horrifying at the same time, but in the end other things had my attention more.

I still have a couple of guitars and when the itch hits I play some. But I just don't have the stamina that I had when I was younger.
My hands cramp more now, its to be expected but when that happens it usually ends with me putting the guitar away.
My singing has now been reduced to karaoke night or just goofing around the house.
I guess if someone was to drink enough and squint perhaps I would still be considered eye candy. My girlfriend seems to think so.
