Hell, I even managed to "get off" of society and far away from it. THAT lasted for almost 10 years before "rules" dragged me back in and I'm having a ***** of a time escaping this prison-planet since.

That would be your choice and IMHO, that's great but, should you need to fly, it will be interesting to say the least.
I wasn't there, all I know is what was reported but, if you were part of that flight crew, I'm wondering if you'd say the same thing..........

Agreed, we have a video of most of the "event", I'm sure there will be several eye witness accounts. Should be interesting to see how this plays out. Anyone interested in a wager on whether or not this ends up in a court room with the airline and the FA being sued? All because of a stupid mask..............
Ya put it on for the duration of the flight and then take it off. BFD!!!! I don't like wearing the masks either but, I do when required. Just F___ing Stupid.....

If I was captain on that one, the FA would have been restrained and charged with assault, the pax would have been apologized to, and I would have done it while NOT wearing a mask !

And that is why you'll never be Captain of that airliner.
I'm sure you'll have a response that you wouldn't take the job if they offered it or something along those lines but, the truth is, we all loved flying and being the "Captain" of our ship and you know it.

Loved it then, YUP.
Now, no. I got no interest in going back to work in it. It's become a totally different world from what I knew and it's not a "world" I have any use for or desire to be part of anymore.
They kind of lost my attention around the time they started confiscating nail-clippers from the guys driving the thing. 1st off, what the hell kind of weapon is NAIL CLIPPERS ? I can improvise a whole lot better than that. 2nd I'm already at the controls, If I want it to go somewhere its going. And 3rd, did they get that stupid naturally, or did they have to go to school to do it ? Lets not mention walking out on the ramp with an 18-inch screw-driver is no problem, but a plastic fork for for lunch is 6 goons jumping ya.
