It's a good thing your car fleet didn't grow as much in size as the trees did in the same 18 years.

Looks like it was the leaves that grew.
How many sets of tires on that Fiero in that time? I'll guess 1 replacement. Time says 2, but I'm a gambler.

Surprisingly many considering I've only put 21,000 miles on it in 18 years.... I had the fancy aluminum Beretta GTU wheels and new Dunlop SP Sports on it for several years before I picked up a set of original black wheels seen here, with new Continentals on them.
I still have two of the red wheels stacked up in the garage.... Those tires are positively ancient now.

I got the car ceramic coated. It is shiny! I should have done it on the Fiero too when it was painted but that was back in 2009 and I'd never heard of such a thing. Still might do it though.
I really need some new wheels. I usually prefer the factory stock wheels but these are particularly plain and all the wrong color too. There is a mind-boggling number of aftermarket wheels available but like so many other things, many are on back order! So maybe eventually.

Yes, something just like that... The gold seems especially appropriate, like a tribute to the original WRXs. Maybe because it's blue, the gold wheels are almost a must-have.
I have to decide if I want to stay with the 17s (and thus keep my brand-new tires) or pop for 18-inch rims and new tires all around. I think the Premium model comes with 18s but it also comes with a sunroof which I wasn't crazy about so I am glad I have a hardtop. Blue WRXs in any trim are really tough to find! I like the one I got because it is a hardtop and has cloth seats but the 17s are kind of a downer.
