Totally get that, was just mentioning that the original floor plan clearly had a car port.
I honestly feel bad. At this point in my life, the only way I'd live in something that small and ramshackle is if I literally couldn't afford anything else. My living room is practically the size of that home's entire floor plan. I realize this makes me look like a complete ass... and I apologize.
I have a reoccurring dream where I wake up as someone else completely... different home different city. Usually, it might be a home that I passed on the highway and happened to see some dude chilling on his front porch. Sometimes I wake up as a 30 something smoking pot on his front porch, other times I'm like 45+ and morbidly obese. Every time in the dream, I have the memories and thoughts of the person who I just became, but still see myself as the person I am and what I do. Obviously, I'm physically the person I become in the dream... but still have the thoughts as if I am 82-T/A [At Work].
It's rough because I see myself in the other person's shoes, but in a different perspective, and I have to take stock of my life... maybe I have a past felony and I can't get a job. Maybe I actually have a checking account and it has a negative balance. In either case, I try to figure out how to solve the problem I've found myself in. The first couple of times I've had this dream... I've tried to make my way back home and convince my wife that even though I'm now this 45+ year old obese man... I'm really actually her husband and my daughter's father. That usually ends up with me in jail, and quickly waking up.
So... I don't do that anymore. Instead, I try to fix the new life... get a job (if I can), lose weight, exercise... do whatever I can to try to solve the situation and put ambition in the person's life. I've had many dreams of waking up in a home not unlike that. I'll save up whatever I can to turn my situation around.
Two gallons of Bear Exterior paint from Home Depot (~$90), new roof sheathing, new roof shingles (probably $300 for the entire roof), a pancake air compressor and pneumatic nail gun from Harbor Freight tools ($200) and some gardening sheers and a metal rake... and the home would look like new. I'd sell it (if I owned it outright and not renting), get an efficiency somewhere, start at the bottom of a big company, and start jumping around to different jobs... not unlike what I did in my own life.
I don't know what this means... or why I have these dreams... but holy **** , it sucks...

Frequently I dream of driving a full sized 4x4 long bed truck I bought in 2004ish and the brakes don't work well. Lots of times it gets going backwards in the dark and won't stop right. It's usually dark from memory.
Other times I become aware of a body approaching me in my sleep or already standing over me, usually 2 bodies, and it startles me out of sleep. Then I realize the dimension I'm in.
Occasionally in dreams I'll realize it's not real and take advantage of the situation and kiss a nearby girl (or try). I remember one girl saying as everybody walked out of the room "Well that wasnt supposed to be part of the experiment."

Hopefully my dreams don't end in a similar situation, I wake up as someone totally different... that would suck. I love who I am.

If you dreamed that you owned an inn in Vermont, you might wake up next to Suzanne Pleshette.

The tree over that car is shedding like mad. The fella was out with a leaf blower cleaning the drive and cover off, them later he swapped the position of the cars putting hers(?) under the tree with no cover. .

So to summarize based on the details provided. Literally the car is worth more than the house!. From why I understand due to demand even "used" base ($60~k msrp) C8's are selling in the neighborhood of 100K +/-.
It would be interesting to put a security camera on the house to see how long it takes for the vehicle to be repossessed. I say that after the intial appreciation, in two/three years of payments on the car, and eventual depreciation of the vehicle, won't be a priority of the homeowner.[This message has been edited by Hank is Here (edited 03-22-2021).]

One of the most currently sought cars being lovingly weathered in a, somewhere in the middle class neighborhood. It'll be a great story for him onward, though. He had a goal and went for it. Been hoping for a shot of it uncovered but it only is when he's out there with it.

I've been by this location several times for a couple of months. Up until the last 3 weeks the car was always gone during the day. For the past 3 weeks it's been home every time I pass.
