Remember the scene from Frankenstein, burning the windmill, peasants with pitchforks and scythes?
Yeah, like that....

Don't know, don't care. NY elected him, he's their problem. Although, I do find it interesting that two of the most populated and liberal states have their governors in trouble now. Timing is everything (I'm told).

Correction. NYC elected him. Look at a political map, except for the 'Big Five', the state is RED. Yes, he's our problem but hopefully not for long. A few years back, some upstate legislators introduced a bill to form two states( NYMA & upstate) due to demographic and political differences. Unfortunately, we were out numbered as usual.

We had a t-shirt here some years ago. Actually pre Cuomo, but what NYC wanted to do to us regarding " their watershed " was outrageous.

OH THE IRONY !
NY Gov. Cuomo Calls Out D.A. Over 2015 Weinstein Sting
"Gov. Cuomo is directing the state's Attorney General to review how Manhattan D.A. Cyrus Vance, Jr. handled the 2015 sting operation ... where cops wired a model named Ambra Battilana, who claims Weinstein groped her breasts during a business meeting."
The Governor says, "It is of great concern that sexual assault cases have not been pursued with full vigor by our criminal justice system."

I can understand where you're coming from but, it's no different than Biden being elected, he wasn't a lot of voter's choice but, guess what. He's in the White House. Unfortunately, President Biden is now all of our problem.
