Hummm, "courage"? I thought this stuff is as safe as a flu shot? Little to no risk? 95% effective? She isn't a part of the test trial and she is getting the same stuff a thousands of others, its not a risky venture. Now she gets the fame and notoriety of being a "first".
That isn't my definition of courage, but ok.

It is, (if not moreso) but there are loads of conspiracy theorists that will tell us they are just as scared of a flu shot.
(they also believe we never went to the moon, and that a childlike bat boy really was found in a cave and that there really are aliens from other worlds walking around among us)

I wouldn't put too much stock in the news that's saying these vaccines are going to hurt you. It's the same news sites that are also saying election fraud didn't happen. So take that with a grain of salt.

The things I've seen have been "allergic reactions" and some people getting bells palsy. But if you actually look at the math, the percentage of people getting bells palsy in the trials are the exact same percentage of people in the population (for that age group) that also get bells palsy anyway. There's no correlation at all. 1 in 70 people get Bells Palsy at one point in their lifetime (to some degree or another). For the allergic reactions... a lot of people get allergic reactions to vaccinations, and it's rarely the actual vaccination itself and usually due to the fillers that come with the inoculation... and again, no correlation to this particular vaccine as these same people generally ALSO get allergic reactions to bee stings and other vaccinations.

I worked at a large clinic, 160 doctors.
Every flu season they wanted us to get shots. I would get them and get sick every time. Several times I would also get the flu. It happens as they are guessing at the strain that is going to hit.
So I will wait until more information is available and there are other options. At some point living where I do now I expect it will be taken out of my hands if I want to ever leave the house.
I wonder if they will issue cards, you know like voter IDs

That's just one of the many myths floating around the conspiracy websites.
"You'll have to have a card to be able to go into any store or even to work*"
"It is going to change your DNA so you will be receptive of thought and mind control"
"It's got something in it that's that's the mark of the beast..It's biblical" **
**I heard this face to face just yesterday.

There are dozens of more.

*the work part I wouldn't doubt too much. There is a very long precedent for that type of thing.

Some people will believe anything.

Heard that the vaccination would also contain a microchip so that the "government" could track the folks who got the shot.
Like my cell phone doesn't already do that.................

The reason I question if they are going to require a card or verification before you can return to work.
No conspiracy, just wondering if some businesses will require proof before letting you back in the building.

I don't think they are trying to mark me or change my DNA so I will start voting Demarcate. Are they?
As for the mark of the beast well that is up to each of us to come to terms with, but its not something "man" can give or take away from me.

Conspiracy theory = racist = anti-semite = witch. All now meaningless labels by people ashamed of themselves when they watch someone else effortlessly practicing critical thinking.

We went to the moon many times.
I never get a flu shot.
I get a flu occassionally.
Last time was the late 90s.
Worst flu I ever had was a Chinese strain.

From the UK by doing ONE search. one. Thus goes back to May, I think.

Why are we talking about immunity certificates?
A number of governments have indicated plans to implement immunity certificates. Interest has been driven by a desire to further reopen parts of the economy, helping to reduce the economic strain of the virus and the social toll of unemployment, while still allowing for responsible social distancing. Certificates present an opportunity for many people to return to some form of normal day-to-day life, including to visit non-essential businesses and in-person religious services. Only the Chinese government has confirmed that they are using this approach.
