There's a video of the House/committee assembly meeting where she was called out of order at least twice wherein she said all those sitting in front of her testifying are "lying" a couple of times and that they aren't sworn in. That's what got her the alleged threats leading to her calling for her soldiers to commit violence against Trump supporters.
The Indian immigrant at the table answering questions at the time inform her she has a signed, sworn affidavit of what she is stating to the committee. She offered to be sworn in on the spot.
