The web page says the would-be enforcers are the NAZI Gestapo, but aren't they really like the Commie East German Stasi, the ones who eventually executed people for fleeing?

Hispanic male 15 years old has been arrested as the alleged shooter. It is being reported it was not a random shooting but was a result of a disagreement between two groups or 2 individuals and un-involved people 'accidently' got shot, which I take to mean it was some kind of gang type thing with 'collateral damage' happening.

I'm sure his arrest was due to a combined effort of the Wisconsin "sorry your feelings were hurt" task force and the "let us try to work thru this together" special council appointed by the mayors committee of "sorry baby, it's our fault not yours". The police and FBI only stepped it to get the credit.
I'm positive he will be released without bail as long as he promises to be good and to show up for court on time.

That was a block from my old place and I knew the guy.
Try to kill somebody bashing their head in, and all they can come up with is aggravated assault (Here that usually means you hit twice instead of once)
Know what the store owner did to "deserve" it ? Told them to leave and take their drug deals elsewhere.

From the Fox report about the misstaken ID of the shooter:
“Preliminary statements from witnesses indicate that the shooter is a white male in his 20s or 30s,” Weber told reporters Friday. “Investigators are working on determining the identity of that suspect.”
The press isn't slow to finger a white person specifically, especially erroneously, or label them white supremacist. But black perps will be IDed as "teens" or "youths".

It's not comforting that the police probably killed this child. However, if the offender has just struck one them with his car (which maybe he did) it's understandable that they shot the car full in an attempt to stop him. They're probably stopping him from running down an innocent kid/person/pedestrian down the street.
People go crazy and put themselves, their family and the police in crazy situations.

You gotta know the area. It's lakes, bush, gravel roads, farm fields, and (closed) cottages. There mostly is nothing and nobody to run over.
