There are always exceptions to the general rules. We know that. You can find images of skinny Africans bathing in cow urine and blowing into their anuses. Which defense mechanism do we attribute to lack of COVID-19 susceptibility? Skinniness or the yuck?

ETA: Not to mention Botswana's pretty low population, making it a very, very small sample group.
