Not really. The space twin's DNA (code) was unchanged. What WAS changed was his DNA's expression. And, most of that change was not due to genetic evolution but to radiation damage or alterations. That, happens here on Earth as well when one is exposed to radiation.
| quote | Throughout the Twins Study, the scientists used Mark Kelly’s biological samples as a control to test whether changes seen in Scott could be chalked up to living in space. In most cases, the researchers determined that it was.
Space travel did not alter Scott’s genetic code containing instructions for maintaining the human body. But researchers noticed a slew of changes in gene expression — the way the instructions are read and carried out.
These changes were most apparent in genes related to stress and immune response, as Scott’s body went on “high alert” to understand its new environment, Mason said. Researchers believe the ongoing radiation exposure and reduced gravity influenced the way Scott’s cells produced valuable components, like proteins used to repair tissue. |

Astronaut Scott's DNA expression has about 90% corected itself since returning to Earth.
I know of a set of identical twins that are in a long term study and one's DNA expression was found to be different than the other. Questions were asked and it was found that the twin that showed the most change spent about 3 years working in radioactive site remediation and the other did not. One of those twins is now deceased and the one that exhibited the changes is still malingering about on a niche automotive website every day and raising farm animals for fun and a little profit.

I have a twin in another dimension. He has less hair and isn't as attractive. He seems to be single and gets decent action anyway.
