I have my guesses... but it seems all the really dumb stuff always happens with the Democrats when it comes to voting.

Pat Buchanan (Democrats accidentally voted for him instead of Al Gore, allegedly)
Alvin Greene (basically a moron that people voted for because of his last name)

... etc.

True, but on the surface they are just people. They are no better than you and I, but society puts them up on a pedestal as if they have some type of extra gift of enlightenment over every aspect of the lives of "commoners". The masses worship celebrities, it is a "star struck" hypnosis. Just because they have achieved celebrity status and amassed millions,... they are granted leadership roles, for some stupid reason.

I think I would prefer if celebrities were just anonymous persons that we didn't know the names of or anything else about them. For example, I'll go see the latest blockbuster movie but I really don't need to know that it stars George Clooney and Kate Winslet or whoever; just show the movie and don't run the credits. I don't see a list of credits on the milk carton or the box of brake pads I bought but for why for some odd reason do movies have to show us a list of people who appeared in it? Even those who appeared for just a few seconds in one scene? And being anonymous, they'd no longer be able to ask for and get millions of dollars per movie.

With advancements in CGI I expect at some point entertainment is going to change. Digital representations will become the new celebrities and be owned by production companies.
There will be an end of the entitled. Big cinema stars will be out of work, while local production company's will get back to their roots. Local theater will start to gain support for those that don't want to watch computer movies.

There are already CGI film studios that use computers to generate backgrounds instead of building stage sets its only a small step to just create the entire thing in a computer.
Hell what if they are already doing that and this is all just a big ****ing game

Incredibly, they even celebrate their lack of education

They also have an inordinately large percentage, as a group, of drug and alcohol abusers, sexual deviants and people with serious mental illness.

All of that probably explains why so many celebs are Leftists.

Simplistically brilliant.
Next tell us about ditch diggers...and roofers...and surgeons.

A job is a job.
An azzhole is an azzhole.
The end.

Sorry man, I'm confused can you elaborate on this? People are people, we all have some type of opinions. But some people have an expertise in different areas of life (as your first sentence alludes). Politicians for example have a vested interest in the field of politics which includes economics, foreign affairs, sociology and public mannerisms among other things. So who brought up the insults and why?

THAT is one sentiment I get. 1,000 times over.

The job rents my skills and knowledge for 8 hours a day, in accordance with the contract and laws of the land. A simple exchange of skills and money.

When its over... (end of contract, 5 pm, whatever)...go the hell away and stop bothering me. I have my own life, ideas, obligations, and it has NOTHING to do with my saleable skills, or your wants, needs or arguments. I'm not interested

Now pizz off.

"Job" is a means to an end, nothing more. The offended sould probably go call 411 for the number of somebody who gives a fruck !!
