Yes it's true. biden said himself that he is committed to providing aid to the people left in Afghanistan along with other promises. The glaring obvious fact is that we no longer have military or aid workers or an embassy there. So the obvious mod of transferring food and medical aid along with God knows what else is to give it straight to the taliban, bidens new army.
