Make sure you're exercising. Spend a few minutes every day doing something rigorous. It makes a huge difference in your ability to weather an illness. At my advancing age it's become glaringly apparent how quickly you can be overcome. I'm getting over a sinus infection and went up on the roof to clean leaves out of the gutters. I'm pretty fatigued from just crouching to do that.

I use a leaf blower. Works great when everything is dry.

My exercise routine is "procrastinating". That way it takes more work later when the leaves are wet.
I have CRS too, which means you come back upstairs realizing you forgot to do what you went downstairs to do so you get.more exercise by doing it again.

Numbers are so easily misused. How many million do they say did died from covid? We all know there is controversey over those numbers.

Some believe 3rd world countries under report, and many believe the US over reports.
One complaint with the vaccine is as I said, they promote is as reducing the spread, but you can still spread it, and thus likley spread it more.

B: Have you been under a rock for 2 years? The US was paying the Wuhan laboratory to research gain-of-function of viruses. It is now believed that the virus accidentally escaped from the lab. No conspiracy, just good old Chinese incompetence.

"Raising suicide rates through the roof." People tend to say that, but I wonder where they would look--if they were going to look--for confirmation.
I wonder if people who say it are saying it because they think it has to be true--because they cannot imagine that it wouldn't be true.
It's easy to speculate about this in all kinds of ways. Or to imagine speculating about it in all kinds of ways. Russia gets punked daily in public by US intelligence agencies and they keep taking it, because they know that DC is insane and looking for a reason to start a war with any player that can help them (them is DC) destroy the remainder of US population that's trying to maintain the culture that we used to enjoy. DC is looking for a scapegoat for the next phase of the great reset.
Your monthly SS check will go away when there are enough new Dem voters from the 3rd world that are illegally let in and allowed to vote.
Lots of US military stuff left in Afghanistan that could be offensively used to goad Russia into responding if attacked with it.
