That's Albert Watkins, the lawyer defending “QAnon Shaman” Jacob Chansley against federal charges stemming from Chansley's highly visible role on January 6 outside and then inside the U.S. Capitol Building.
But Watkins wasn't talking in court or in a court filing. He was talking to TPM (Talking Points Memo) reporter Matt Shuham for an article that's just been published.
The article also reprises the recently published but already famous Slice-O'-Life style, reality-based vignette about January 6 defendant Anthony Antonio, a "Foxitis" victim.
