They are saying that the case hinged on the check, and that was insufficient evidence.
No evidence, innocent until proven guilty, starting to sound familiar?
Anything we say about Trump or Smollett will be thrown right back at us. This is just too convenient. It makes me wonder if this was the reason for the Smollett thing, from the start. Roger Stone's house was raided on a Friday, the Smollett news broke the following Monday.
Mueller report was handed over on Friday, this Smollett bomb was dropped the following Tuesday.
Again, just throwing crap.
