With 5 more days max, left depending on what exactly is the time of day on the 31 (it could be much less) this happened. Sounds like a war will brake out that will kill many more service members from multiple Countries. Those people on the airport are HUGE targets that will be slaughtered if the isis"k" and talibon decides to put a hole in the runway or shoot down a plane.

The talibon and isis"k" will soon start fighting over hostages. Obviously they will murder thousands of people, but they really want to have are hostages to extort and humiliate the West.
Because of the TOTAL INCOMPETENCE of biden and his administration this is all now possible and we will soon see hundreds of hostages paraded on camera for years to come.

I wonder if Kabul's Hamid Karzai International Airport is going to be renamed Mohammed ("Mullah") Omar International Airport.

It seems logical to me, as the now dead Omar is more the founder of the Afghan Taliban than anyone else that I know of.

On the other hand, his name does come with some "baggage" for a Taliban that wants to package itself as Taliban "2.0" . . . a little more moderate and modern in outlook than the previous generation of Taliban leaders, although hardly anything I would want to vote for, myself.

The public relations and propaganda aspects of the situation.
